  • Very cool history behind the site. The restoration work seems to breath new life into this historic landmark

  • Such a neat spot! We took toddlers and babies in strollers and it was great. The lighthouse is very interesting, the grassy field would make for a nice picnic spot, there are tables, gravel paths, and lots to see! The reenactment folks with supplies and vehicles were very interesting. We enjoyed sitting on the beach and throwing rocks before exploring.

  • Super interesting old military facility right in what is now a beautiful national park! Check out some Canadian military history if you like, or just enjoy the beautiful views, the beach, and the lighthouse! Lots of birds and seals hang out in this area.
