    I wish I could give zero stars... The only reason I return to this place is because the coffee is good and it happens to be the closest coffee shop in our neighborhood. The customer service is garbage and expect to wait a long time for your drink. No matter how slow this place is they always find some reason to make you wait 20 minutes for an Americano. The staff are rude and always seem bothered that you are inconveniencing them by placing and order. After being served a burning hot coffee the other day (after about a 15 minute wait) we had to fight the barista to double cup our drinks because they "don't do" sleeves. Who even owns this joint please fire your staff and learn some customer service and while you're at get some sleeves for your cups.
