- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Awesome staff, great location and surroundings. The only thing missing is a dark, French roast coffee. Their roast is light, mild and slightly watery. Lab Roasters for whatever reason, don't make a good dark roast. For a dark espresso, the dark French is needed. I would go more if they offered a dark roast.By K Insley, November 30, 2016
