  Ordered a Western BBQ burger, wanted no cheese add a tomato. They tell me no that's not possible, they cannot possibly add a tomato. I can't buy one and I cant just buy the burger on its own. I also can't sub the sundae for anything else thats dairy free. So I have a wasted Sundae and a meal deal.

  Ice cream is always great but always dirty tables and floors. New renos look fantastic but walls still have drywall dust and hand prints from install which was a few months ago and place still looks like it needs a good clean. Not sure why all Dairy Queens seem to be like this. Staff is young but pleasant. Sometimes look like they need more direction.

  Three young staff on a Sunday spinning around in circles and giggling....seemed to be avoiding till after filling order. They take your order then leave till to fill your order. No hand washing in between handling cash and preparing food. She dropped my blizzard on the counter, ice cream face down. She took it behind the counter and scraped the top ice cream off and handed it back to me. I asked her to re-make it as it was not food safe. Myself and another patron watched as another staff member made ice cream cakes (with huge line building) and she used a spatula to scrape the ice cream flat on top of the cake. She then scraped the spatula along the ridge of a FILTHY sink covered with sauce and nuts and old ice cream. This patron commented to me about cross contamination with nuts and was so disgusted she actually left. The person making my blizzards had the machine explode all over her and it took a few more minutes for her to clean herself up before proceeding with making my order. Restaurant is dirty with dirty sticky tables and full of garbage. Staff working at snail's pace on a very busy Sunday. No hair nets on staff preparing food and ice cream. This place needs a Health Inspector to come by!
