    No elevator to carry luggage to 3rd floor for our Family? No free breakfast. Restaurant is expensive. People walk by the window to get to their room like a motel.

    Location isn't the best for those without a personal vehicle. But Victoria is a very walkable city. Room was as expected. No surprises. Appreciate the complementary coffee and tea.

    We stayed at the hotel after arriving late at night with the ferry from Port Angeles. It was part of a combined ferry and hotel package offered by Black Ball Ferry lines. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Can recommend to stay here.
