- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The Upstairs of Ferris' is THE best seafood restaurant in Victoria. The atmosphere, service and food is all divine. There isn't an elevator but they were very kind to accommodate my 90 year-old grandma and help her up and down the stairs. Otherwise, I would have given them a 5.
