Rather curt female owner will greet you (and remind you of some Seinfeld episode) but her husband (the waiter) is super efficient, helpful and nice. Good portions for the price. Some things I've had weren't that flavourful but it's for a brisk lunch crowd (never been there in the evening) and I always did enjoy going there on my own and being sat at a table with other people. That usually ended in some good conversations! I went frequently when I worked in the area. Can be hard to spot at the back of a small strip mall on a busy corner.

The only place I order Chinese food from. They have the best and closest to authentic dishes in Victoria!
