Great health food store. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The little in-store restaurant has pretty tasty food too. They need to have better washroom facilities available. Having to get a key to go next door does not work for me.

This store is expensive. I was staying at a hotel in the area so it was my only choice besides the convenience store. I tried kale chips, Loon cookies, Potato chips cooked in coconut oil, shaved coconut and $2.50 avocados. Another delight I found while browsing. BUGS! They might be good in a salad, IF you're brave. Fortunately I do not have a problem getting enough protein so I will leave the bugs alone.

One of the best health food shops in town. They have an excellent selection of vegan food and body products. The staff are helpful and friendly. The shop is clean, tidy and well laid out. The prices are reasonable.
