  Great service and food during the off-season, but avoid it during the summer when it gets busy with tourists, the quality is not the same.

  Unique view of victoria. Wide viewing opportunity and a really nice food selection with upscale presentation. Decor stands out but still warm and comfortable. Possible to eat well cheap or splurge and never be disapointed. Great parking and good people. View alone is reason to go!

  Good food, disappointing service. They overcharged every bill at at table of 5 for brunch. When we asked the server to come back and rectify the bills, we were told that the manager would come help us. The issue was eventually resolved, but only after waiting for 30 minutes at the table after having paid. The manager seemed uncaring, blaming the "technology" for taking so long to issue a refund. I feel bad for the new server who didn't know or understand the menu but just wanted to please. I won't be back.
