  This review is for the Langford Parkway McDonalds next to Rona, which doesn't show up in a google search. The manager here is a very poor character. For example, when Mcdonalds had its SPC Mcdouble meal deal on for students, there would be an issue ordering it every time I came in; I must have ordered it more than 10 different times with him there. The manager would look at me and say is this your card? What I wanted to say was, "Is this where you work?" --no, I just come in every other day to order the same thing and you are here every, single time-- However, today with only 3 people in the lobby and a few cars in the drive thru, it took him and his staff 10 minutes to prepare an order of medium fries. Time for new management. Rude service, poor management, and slow staff members.

  This review is for the stand alone McDonald's in the Rona parking lot across the street. Every time I go (once or twice a month) through the drive thru I'm told to go park and they'll bring me my food. It's never ready. The friendly service at the windows is good but shift leaders are clearly in over their head keeping up with the orders. The burgers are usually done well, but orders are often wrong. Very disappointing.
