  Best cupcakes in Victoria and thrilled that there's more than one location. A suggestion for improvement though is to supply customers with a printed piece of paper listing what the cupcakes are. I know this is a cost, but it doesn't need to be on heavy, glossy paper. It's customary with fancy boxes of chocolates and appreciated by recipients. Yes, I know you have this online, but this is inadequate when I give a box to my vet or seniors.

  Awesome. Don't believe the naysayers. Pricey? $3.50 per cupcake seems pretty fair for a single cupcake of this quality. How much does a coffee shop charge for a muffin? We bought a half dozen and were thoroughly impressed. Moist and delicious. The buttercream icing is amazing (not too sweet and smooth as silk). Only one I wasn't completely impressed with was one that had banana loaf as the cake. It wasn't as moist and airy. I'd expect it to be denser, but it wasn't as deliciously moist as the other cake based ones. Still moist, but the bar was set high by the other cakes. Bought a coffee as well and it was good. No clue what they use, but it was smooth.

  I always keep trying this place, favouring convinience over quality. The icing is too much, silky, which is god, but thick and too buttery-not sweet. The cupcakes themselves are also very dense and taste more like muffins than cupcakes, they are not light or very fluffy. There are a few ok ones, the chocolate one with flat surface, but most of the other ones are too muffin-y.
