  Great beer. Customer service didn't quite catch up with expectations, i.e., was basically non-existent. It was a busy hour, I give you that, but a staff member walking away in middle of an inquiry is quite rude.

  Philips is at the peak of the craft brew wave in Victoria. Their vast selection of great brews is complimented by their activity in the local music scene, their Gin distillery and even a soda works. They also have the best deal in town for growler fills: $45 gets you five "growler coins", each one redeemable for a fill. That's $9 for a growler, sweet!
