  Don't Join Commonwealth Gym. After many years as a gym member, the gym has become too crowded. The space is too small. Like most people, I need to work out after work and I understand 5 - 6 PM is a peak time, but the facility has failed to expand or add equipment in the 8 years I've been a member and can't accommodate their current members. A business needs to be able to accommodate members especially during peak hours. Steve Nash is more expensive, but for me, working out is not an option. It needs to be easy and I'd rather pay a little more for a facility that can take care of paying members. Another annoyance is people bringing their children into the main locker room including their little girls instead of using provided family change rooms. There's nothing worse than coming out of the shower and then suddenly there's a 5 or 6 yr old right in front of you walking to exit toward the pool area. This is almost daily. Locker rooms are for adults. Not small children.

  The pool was totally amazing! It's usually not too busy there, and the water is great! The 50- metre pool is the best one that I have swam in yet! They also have other stuff like, a sauna, steam room, waterslide, etc. On the other hand, don't go to the gym there! It is small and cramped, so don't even try to go there. Also, it was really cheap, too!
