Food is good, but I just don't understand why some waitresses never notice us when we come in, every single time. I've been to this restaurants for about 5 times, every time I have to wait in front of the counter while there is one of two waitresses standing right at the counter and looking at some notebooks. I understand maybe it's not your job to seat customers but please don't just glanced at us and then pretend you didn't see anything, it's not like you are dealing with other customers. Usually I have to wait for about one or two minutes for another waitress comes out and finally SEEs us then says "Just a minute". Yeah, great, as if I stood there awkwardly with another waitress who just ignored me for a while just to hear that. I don't mind waiting for a couple of minutes of course, but is it your rule to "pretend not seeing customers who will not be sitting at your block"?
