Delighted to see a big Open sign on New Year's Day. The feature sandwich and beef soup were delicious. Very happy to stumble across such a great eatery.

This is a great community coffee shop. It's on the ground floor of a senior residence (separate entrance), so there's a mix of residents and walk-ins, plus a nice patio on the street. Oh yes, the staff are friendly and the coffee is good.
