  Very convenient and organized. Never a long wait for checkout, good variety of baked goods. Just bought the flax seed bread and really enjoyed it. Prices can be a little higher here.

  Expiry dates are on food for a reason, but here they don't seem to care. Iv'e watched discounted green meat sit in the fridge for over week, I almost bought crackers 9 months expired - unacceptable! The staff are wonderful

  They have a bit of negative reputation. I have heard more than once to avoid this place. The store is fairly small and does feel a little outdated. But the shelves are well stocked and the store is generally clean. Prices seem fairly average. Food is sorted by ethnicity. Easy to find stuff once you figure that out. Staff is friendly and checking out us usually pretty quick. Not sure it deserves the reputation it has. Seems like a solid grocery store.

  It's located in a convenient spot and easy to get to. They carry quite a few vegan foods which makes shopping in Western better than Walmart.
