  The staff were wonderful, and were very knowledgeable. They even helped a customer charge their phone. Being seated took time, but the rest of the service was great! The recommendations were on point; delicious burgers, drinks, and house-made chips. The fries were a little small, but still tasty. There is a nice range on the menu with vegetarian options. Beef, chicken, tofu, and bison burgers are offered, and you switch the type from what the menu description says. A large variety on dips are offered with your burger so there are a lot of options. The Yates location was very clean as well with Wi-Fi, a nice bar, and clean bathrooms. The patio is great when the weather is nice. It's a great location, and you should definitely check it out!

  Pros: Looks like there's a variety of burgers to choose from, which looks fancy from the menu; convenient location. Cons: The patty was dry, the fries were dry, plus I don't know if it's just me or everything are tastelss; if you want to be fancy, which is fine, please get the basics done first. In addition, service, not great. Not going again.

  Took 4 of us to Bin 4 for dinner (a birthday dinner). Total bill was $100 before tip. Food was tasty and unique (burger combos that appear to be developed by them over time, not just copies of burgers you've had 100 times before elsewhere). Red onion onion-rings were unique, but I wasn't a big fan of the coating. Burgers were very good (piled high) as were the fries and their own crispy chips. On-tap beers were acceptable but could use some more selection. Service was good.

  Good veggie options. I recommend the ginger soy tofu burger and the almond praline & blue​ cheese salad. The garlic and basil aiolis are also very good. You get a small portion of their fine chips to snack on while you wait for your food. There is a half-price discount with a drink purchase after 9 pm that attracts a lot of people so be ready to wait if you go at that time.
