    nickle and dime you on every little thing. where little things like spare keys are free at hitachi and caterpillar (they have literary given me a handful), westerra expects $6 per key. when i need filters, etc and other things that are not bobcat specific, i won't be even touching this place

    Just bought two Bobcats from Westerra. The guys are good, they kept me advised as to the progress of my machines and the accessories that I needed. There were a few small hiccups initially due to personel changes, but they jumped on these issues and made things right. A solid outfit, thanks Ken.
